Is an issue-centric film. It’s very real and many people had doubts about a glam girl fitting into the role of this Bihari girl Gita. But I think it’s a great opportunity for me to do something this different.

I’ve done many films with him and he’s a fun person to work with. Not many people may know that Ajay is a prankster on the sets. Also, he makes acting seem effortless and that rubs off on his co-actors. He’s an actor who can switch on and switch off. I am a lot like that too and so, we get along well.
Fitness video...
This is an entrepreneurial venture of mine, but no, films won’t take a backseat. I’ve been at it for the last six years and thought it was about time I did something about it. I’ve been making small videos for my friends and when I found that they helped them, I decided to go ahead in a big way and reach out to housewives who can’t make it to the gym, students who can’t afford to go to one, and generally people with varied schedules. And no, John’s not making a video of his own. And, even if he wants to make one, he’ll have to make it under my banner (laughs).

I’m the one who’s dark skinned! John’s fair. But I have no problems with him endorsing fairness creams. Fact is he’s actually endorsing a product that leaves you acne and blemish-free and that’s not too bad a thing.

Love Tamil Nadu...
I love the food here, especially Chettinadu cuisine. I’ve never been to this part of the South before and I plan to visit Madurai this time around. I heard there’s a great yoga centre there and I plan to visit this place.
Language problems...
Is what keeps me from doing Tamil films. I did one, Sachien, and I found the language very difficult. It’d be a very difficult job for me.

Dino...Whats cooking?, Kangna

Dino Morea is certainly living up to his Casanova image. At the second wedding anniversary party of Sanjay Dutt and Manyata on Friday night, Dino had eyes only for Kangna Ranaut.
And watching the PDA in action, it didn’t seem like the single again Kangna was minding the attention one bit.
While the party, held at Sanjay’s and Manyata’s residence, was off limits to the press, a source at the party reveals, “It was a well attended affair and several couples like Shilpa and Raj Kundra, Sunil and Mana Shetty, Fardeen and Natasha Khan, David Dhawan and wife Lalli, besides some others like Kirron Kher and Amar Singh were present. Dino, who made an appearance sans his steadiest girlfriend Nandita Mahatani, had lots to talk about with Kangna Ranaut. Before long, they were chatting away so intimately that it was difficult to believe that this was their first proper meeting at a private party.”
The source continues, “During the course of the evening, Kangna was seen mostly around Dino and they were overheard discussing movies, especially their common interest in Hollywood films. Dino flattered her with many compliments about her best roles. Interestingly, when they both decided to leave at the same time, they hugged each other rather warmly and the peck on the cheek was as hot as it gets. In the lobby, as they waited for their cars, a happy Dino couldn’t resist hopping on a kiddie car lying there, which made Kangna burst into delighted laughter.”
But though Dino succeeded in tickling Kangna’s funny bone, they left soon after in their respective cars. If the sparks between them on Friday night are any indication, there might be more to come.

But then look at it this way, he has of late become the trophy husband of this very beautiful actress. Recently when his biwi was laid up with fever, she was advised bed-rest, her husband proved very useful. Ash was committed to pick up a trophy at a very prestigious publication’s woman’s enclave. Junior who was shooting at a far away studio packed up early and drove two hours from the suburbs to the South Mumbai hotel in time to pick up his wife’s trophy. Bola na, Bachchan Jr is super cool! Now I know why many women think Ash is the lucky one.

Plump it up, Ash

First she is called the most beautiful woman in the world and then, she doesn’t even need Botox to get plump lips. Some girls sure have all the luck. We are talking about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, whose lips swelled up due to an overdose of antibiotics yesterday.

Aishwarya has been shooting for Vipul Shah’s Action Replayy at Manori Island since the last few days and had to finish some important sequences yesterday when she suddenly came down with high fever and a severe throat infection just before reaching the sets. Unwilling to cancel the day’s shoot, she went to the sets in a ferry from Versova to Manori Island after having some antibiotics.

The actress was busy shooting for her portions and everything was fine until lunchtime when suddenly, she felt her lips starting to puff up and in no time, the swelling was clearly visible. Aishwarya realised that it was a reaction due to the extra antibiotics she had consumed in order to recover immediately.

Determined to finish the shoot, Aishwarya came up with the suggestion to finish the shoot by covering her face with a dupatta. The remaining portions were shot with the actress keeping her face covered.

Aishwarya’s spokesperson confirmed the incident and said, “The reaction could’ve either been because of the antibiotics, which she took in excess as she had to finish the shooting yesterday as well as fulfil the next important commitment of being the keynote speaker at a women’s summit today or it could also be an insect sting.”

Kids needs to spend time with Saif: Bebo

Saif and Kareena have one of the most enviable relationships in Bollywood. Both actors seem to have evolved in the relationship and found a comfort zone.

Kareena has become sensitive to Saif’s needs, especially where his children are concerned. Though the two are practically living together, she is attuned to the kids’ needs to spend quality time with their dad.

Now, when the kids Sara and Ibrahim come over for a weekly visit, she quietly moves out from his apartment to her own in Khar to give them the space they need. Saif’s kids are almost teenagers now and the time they spend with their father is valuable to them. Multiplexes cancel MNIK screening; integrity non-negotiable, says SRK

Khan prays for peace and says his integrity is "non-negotiable." Meanwhile, cinemas, including multiplexes and single halls, in 47 cities across Maharashtra have cancelled the screening of ‘My Name is Khan’ bowing to Shiv Sena’s threat. Shah Rukh, who is currently in Berlin for the premiere of the film along with co-star Kajol and director Karan Johar, had earlier said that he owes everything to Mumbai, loves "my country India, my family and freedom" and hates "anyone or anything that threatens my country." The 44-year-old is disturbed by talks that the issue is a mere publicity stunt. "I want to enjoy my film everywhere. I want to enjoy it within myself and to sickos who think this is for publicity..2 words Shut up!" he said. Shah Rukh wants to close the matter and says: "Anyone asks me about this issue anymore...they can read my Tweets. Now what happens with the release, the film, is the film's fate. If my partners lose, so be it; if I lose so be it... " "My Name Is Khan" is set in post 9/11 period and in it Shah Rukh plays an autistic Muslim Rizwan Khan. Keeping his fingers crossed, the 44-year-old star also says his stardom is transient and wants a "closure" in the tense row with the Shiv Sena which has threatened to disrupt the film's screening if he does not apologise for his remarks favouring inclusion of Pakistani cricket players in IPL. "My stardom is transient. my integrity in non negotiable ...my being Indian unquestionable...hope peace prevails. Hope misunderstandings get cleared. Hope nobody is hurt. Hope all leaders & activists have largesse of heart. hope...," Khan, who is currently in Berlin for the premiere of his film, tweeted. "Nobody wants Mumbaikars or their property hurt & destroyed. least of all me." 1,600 Shiv Sena activists have been arrested so far to ensure a peaceful release of the film. Shah Rukh also said he is making his point clear for the last time and sought closure, praying for peace in the city, which he owes everything to. "This also is the last time I clarify or say anything on this topic. This is not a justification, its just reiterating the facts," he said. "I may not have the same ideologies as the Sena but on the question of me being a patriot, I don’t think there should be any confusion. Feel awful that Balasahib & Uddhav have misconstrued my words. The reaction of the Sena workers seems to make me believe that (sic)," he said.
